Annual maintenance for heating equipment

Anticipation is key to ensuring the reliability, performance, safety, and economic efficiency of equipment. With our annual maintenance contract, MV-Jäähdytys takes care of our customers’ heating devices, fulfilling their legal obligations while ensuring optimal performance, functionality, energy efficiency, and long lifespan of the equipment. We also provide proper documentation and storage for each contract.

Our customers will have their own appointed supervisor who will schedule annual maintenance at the most convenient time for them.

When planning an annual maintenance contract, it is possible to conduct an anticipatory analysis of the equipment. Based on this analysis, we will create an offer that includes all the legal obligations of the equipment owner, as well as all recommended measures and maintenance intervals for each piece of equipment. Our quote is based on the experience and recommendations of our MV-Jäähdytys professionals. The offer will then be discussed with the customer, and it can be tailored to the customer’s preferences.

Fault repairs

MV-Jäähdytys is available to assist you in times of emergency. Our customer service representatives are available to answer your call every day of the week, around the clock. Our on-call service number, 020 786 1900, is available 24/7 nationwide.

The most common reasons for fault repairs are refrigerant leaks, incorrect adjustment of electronic components, breakdowns, and faults caused by impurities. Our maintenance technician will work with the customer to schedule a time for the repair. The technician will also verify the refrigerant or coolant used, the necessary tools and spare parts, as well as any other necessary information so that the fault can be repaired upon arrival.
