Annual maintenance contracts bring ease to the hot and busy days in professional kitchens. MV-Jäähdytys services all equipment according to the manufacturers instructions, so that the lifespan, reliability and energy efficiency is guaranteed.
During our survey visits, we create IDs for your equipment in our internal maintenance system. After the visit, customers receive an annual maintenance plan that includes service intervals and recommended procedures for every appliance. This plan is designed according to the guidelines from each manufacturer and is completed with information based on our experience and training. For example, our recommendations take into consideration the condition of specific equipment and its estimated lifespan.

Fault repairs
Faulty equipment can show various different symptoms. Cold storages can get warm, coffee machine leaks water, ovens and cooking pots can suddenly have a longer cooking time, the grill doesn´t heat up, dishwasher can foam or the washing result is not adequate, a kitchen appliance can make a weird sound, decline water intake or leak from it´s seals. Installation and equipment delivery
We deliver and install both large and small kitchens, including their professional kitchen equipment, as well as cold and freezing rooms. We can handle everything from ordering to equipment start-up, including new, serviced, or replacement equipment. We also provide user guidance on how to operate the equipment to minimize malfunctions caused by inexperienced users. Our main priority is to ensure the reliability of the equipment and minimize faults.

Rental equipment and spare part deliveries
Transportable cold storage trailers
We offer several transportable cold storage trailers located in Tampere, Jyväskylä, and Helsinki. We can deliver the trailers nationwide directly to our customers. The trailers are primarily meant to temporarily store groceries and can be adjusted to any temperature between +15 and -22 Celsius. These cold storage trailers are used as temporary storage for defrosting and cleaning cold and freezer rooms. They are also reserved for unexpected equipment malfunctions when the cold chain of the groceries must remain intact. The cold trailer makes it possible to perform repairs and maintenance during the workweek.
